The engineer arrived on site on Thursday 13th October, a very considerate man and very adaptable to our needs as a service, caring for persons with dementia. He was kind and courteous to all he met during his audit. With our guidance which Paul was always willing to follow, we approached the job in a systematic fashion, beginning in areas where rooms and equipment were available to us. Then scheduling other areas when rooms became available.
How a service is provided is essential to us and how we operate our business. Paul made it easy to assist him with his work. When we had to divert him to other areas a few times he didn’t mind and just kept going. The overall experience was superb, the service and advice provided by Paul was also excellent.
